Alenka Knez, M.Sc. in Civil Engineering, is the founder and driving force behind S.O.S. School. As the founder of S.O.S. School, she is committed to ensuring a strong foundation in mathematics and supports students, parents, teachers, and public schools. Using didactic approaches that are based on very concrete levels, she aims to achieve an understanding of the fundamentals of mathematics in the first three grades of primary school. Her goal is to foster a love for this indispensable life skill and prevent complications and dissatisfaction in higher grades. Her guiding principle is, "I do math with my hands, so I KNOW more."
