Barbara Kramar from Celjan, an employee of Novartis in Slovenia, received the AmCham (American Chamber of Commerce in Slovenia) Top Potential 2023 Award in recognition of her achievements and vision in science and leadership. Kramar is working in the field of cell and gene therapy and is known for her empathy, transparent approach and commitment to equality. Her work and approach to leadership has been recognised through the AmCham Young Professionals™ programme, which fosters the development of a younger generation of leaders with innovative and sustainable ideas. The award also includes the opportunity for further education at the Future Leaders Academy, where selected individuals are trained to excel in areas such as sustainable business, neuromarketing and innovation leadership.
