The National Interoperability Framework (NIF) portal is a platform in Slovenia that supports and guides the development of interoperable digital solutions for public administration. The portal acts as a focal point for the publication of information, tools, standards and other resources related to the digitisation and interoperability of public services. The Slovenian National Interoperability Framework (NIF) is based on the European Interoperability Framework (EIF) and promotes cooperation and simplified data exchange between different government institutions and systems.

The NIO portal is a key infrastructure supporting the transparent and efficient digital transformation of the Slovenian public sector.
