The public call for applications for the Zois and Puh Awards and the Ambassador of Science Award 2025 was published on 7 February 2025. The call is intended to award the highest national awards and recognitions for exceptional achievements in scientific research and development activities.
Types of awards and recognitions: Zois Award for Lifetime Achievement; Zois Award for Outstanding Achievements; Zois Award; Puh Award for Lifetime Achievement; Puh Award for Outstanding Achievements; Puh Award; Recognition as Ambassador of Science of the Republic of Slovenia.
Candidates for awards and recognitions may be nominated by natural and legal persons. The selection of candidates for awards and recognitions is decided by the Committee of the Republic of Slovenia for the Awarding of Awards and Recognitions for Exceptional Achievements in Scientific Research and Development Activities, which awards a total of up to 15 awards and recognitions.
The deadline for submitting proposals is 31 March 2025. Proposals should be sent to: Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Directorate for Science and Innovation, Masarykova cesta 16, 1000 Ljubljana.
