The purpose of Robotics Week was to improve public awareness of the power and importance of the robotics industry and of the tremendous social and cultural impact that robotics has on the future. At the same time, participants were given the opportunity to learn important concepts in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEAM). After all, robotics drives a wide range of next-generation products and applications in such diverse fields as manufacturing, medicine, agriculture, and transportation.
In cooperation with RUK (Network of Research Centers at the Crossroads of Art, Science and Technology Trbovlje), ŠCC (School Center Celje), Noordung Center, Alenka Knez (S.O.S. School) and Fanuc Adria, we conducted practical and interactive educational workshops for all generations. In addition to the exhibition, the following presentations and workshops took place:
- Demonstration- Yaskawa robotic arm
- Robot programming Tea
- Legorobotics
- Solar DIY robot
- FANUC robotic arm (educational cell)
- Presentation of the Pepper robot
- Demonstrations and presentations with robot Eva and robotic arm Yaski robots
- Presentation of mathematics workshops
The total number of visitors to the Robotics Week was 493.
During Robotics Week, we had 2,788 views on the website, our posts reached as 9,565 users on the FB (Facebook) and IG (Instagram) pages, and we reached almost 13,000 users on TikTok.
