Food is lost in the entire food preparation system, but we, the food consumers, ultimately play a key role. Therefore, it is important to learn about the methods and ways of properly using and storing excess food. The purpose of the workshop is to raise awareness among people to reduce the amount of food thrown away, to prepare their own meals as often as possible, and to use quality and wholesome foods from local producers when preparing meals.
